Global Voice Translations treats your documents and personal data with strict confidentiality. Source files are accessed only by assigned linguists and deleted from active systems after project completion unless you request otherwise.
We collect names, emails, and file metadata necessary to deliver translations. Payment data is processed by our provider—we never store card numbers.
Refund policy: Clean refund 100% upon request. If you cancel before work begins or are unsatisfied with our service commitment, we refund the full fee.
International clients may exercise applicable privacy rights by written request through your order reference.
